Humanity Insured: One year of empowering the most climate vulnerable

Join us for a powerful panel session marking one year of Humanity Insured’s mission to protect and empower those most vulnerable to climate change.

This session will bring together Humanity Insured representatives, grantees working on the frontlines, and founding donors to reflect on our impact so far.

Together, we’ll delve into powerful stories of resilience from communities reached by our support, share key lessons learned, and look ahead to our future vision. In a time of increasing climate volatility, we’ll also highlight how insurance serves as a source of optimism, providing a crucial safety net that empowers individuals and communities to build resilience, invest in a brighter future, and thrive amid extreme and changing weather.

We greatly look forward to welcoming you to the session.

“In 2023, it was really bad. We planted maize and there was a drought. Insurance helped me. My children had food to eat and they’re healthy. I’m able to pay school fees. When I walk about the community, I see joy and healthy people.”
